To contact about a product in an order, please follow these steps:

  • Select the order you have a query for
  • Scroll to the products, and press "Message Seller"
Report A Product

We pride our Marketplace on having the best products, however if you see a product that you believe to be in breach of our rules, for example suspected to be illegal, counterfeit, inaccurately priced/photographed or described, please contact us at [email protected].

Return An Item

We want you to be completely delighted with your Marketplace purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your items, or simply change your mind after purchase, you may return them for a full refund.

Cancel An Order

You can cancel your order in the time period before we pass your order to the appropriate seller, which is usually within an hour of the original order date and time.

Because we are a marketplace platform, once your order has been passed to the seller, we are not able to cancel the order as it is likely the items will already have been processed for dispatch. Please follow our returns information should you wish to return an item once it has been delivered.
